Sometimes you will see the message, “Restock Date Chat/Email/Call” below a sold out product. This message means the manufacturer has yet to provide us with a restock date. 

  • We are unable to post restock dates for manufacturers that do not provide us with restock dates.
  • It could also mean that the manufacturer has missed the restock date. For example, if we expected to receive stock on Monday and the stock does not arrive, then on Tuesday the website will no longer provide a restock date. A restock date cannot be in the past, so the message will change to “Restock Date Chat/Email/Call”.
