What are Shipping Times and Shipping Costs to Canada?

All orders are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario Canada. The cost of ground shipping is a flat rate of $8.92 plus tax to all of Canada. Delivery times are between 1 to 7 business days, depending on location (A Business day is only Monday to Friday– excluding holidays). For exact delivery times please open a support ticket or contact us by phone or live chat and agent will further assist.

Smaller orders weighing less than 1 lb. may ship with Canada Post. Delivery times are 2 to 7 business days; however, most orders arrive within 5 business days. Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers for these smaller shipments. Estimated arrival times are 2-7 business days from the ship date.

We also have Priority Express Shipping options available at checkout. Express shipping is next business day delivery when shipped to most of Canada, however, rural areas will take longer and may be shipped with a Postal Courier. All express orders placed before 4:30 P.M. EST on a business day are expected to ship the same day, if placed after this time it will process and ship the next business day.

The cost of Priority Express Shipping starts at a base rate of $19.84. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight or dimensional weight and all shipments are shipped with traceable services.

It is very important to ALWAYS put a note in the shipping comments (See image below) at checkout indicating when you need your order.

Bargain Balloons does its absolute best to get all orders to our customers on time, however, there are times when the delivery of an order may be delayed. This can happen because of bad weather, mechanical failures with trucks or airplanes breaking down, or because of isolated local events in cities, the package is travelling through– which is out of our control. Delays are more likely in remote areas.

We cannot 100% guarantee any order will arrive by the date the courier company provides us, but they do deliver an average of 97% of their parcels on time.
