I Placed My Order a While Ago and It Still Hasn't Been Shipped

Bargain Balloons does its absolute best to ship orders out as soon as possible, orders can take 1-3 days to process. Please always include the date you require the order by in the notes section at checkout. This allows us to process the order accordingly to arrive by your requested date assuming no delays with the courier. 

In a case where it cannot arrive by the date mentioned in the notes, a customer service agent will get in contact with you to inform you and let you know if there are options to upgrade the shipping to receive your order by the date needed.

If you are concerned about your order please open a support ticket and a customer service agent will look into it for you.
