How to Search for Products

There are two ways to find products on our website. You can navigate through the different categories of the website by clicking the links at the top of the website (see image below).

You can also enter a word or several words into the search bar (see image below) and the website will display all the products and categories that match your search. When doing a search, use as few words as possible.

Example: If you are looking for ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle balloons’ then first search ‘ninja’ rather than use all four words. By only using ‘ninja’ it will broaden the search and will still list all the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle balloons as well.

If you are not able to find a product on our website or believe we do not sell the product, please either click on the live chat link in the lower left hand on your screen, open a support ticket or call us at 1-866-330-1272. One of our customer service agents can help you find the product you are looking for and/or send you a link to it on our site.
