Pickup Order Instructions

Bargain Balloons offers the option to pick your order up at our Mississauga warehouse location from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM. We do have same-day pick-up if you place your order by 12:00 PM.

We strongly recommend placing your order online before arriving at the warehouse to avoid lengthy packing times due to the volume of customers and orders being processed. However, you can come and place an order in person.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email that your order is ready to be picked up. 

Please Note: Your order will only be available in the lobby on the specified date you chose during checkout. If you wish to pick up your order at an earlier date, please reply to the "Ready for Pick-up" email to reschedule. If your scheduled date has passed an agent will call and/or email you to reschedule your pick-up date.

If you do not receive this email, please call us at 1-866-330-1272, and an agent will confirm if your order is ready or not.

Bargain Balloons also offers ground delivery for a flat shipping rate of $8.92 for Southern Ontario. Shipping can be as fast as one business day (not including processing times). If you need to place an urgent order, please add a note in the shipping comments box at checkout letting us know when you need your order.

How to Place a Pick-up Order

Once you are ready to checkout enter your complete “Bill To” information. This is very important because our system requires you to be in Southern Ontario for the pickup option to populate. Please be certain to choose ON (Ontario) as your province or else the pickup option will not show.
