I lost my shopping cart. How can I retrieve it?

If you have reached the point of filling in your billing and shipping information, we may be able to retrieve your lost cart from our system. Please open a support ticket and provide us with your details including name, email, and address information. You may also reach us directly by phone at 1-866-330-1272 or live chat with us. 


If we are able to retrieve your lost cart, we will send you an email with your checkout URL, this will take you directly to the checkout page where you last were and you may proceed with processing your order.

To avoid losing your shopping cart in the future, please follow the steps below:

Step 1- Login to your account


Click on the circled icon at the top right corner of the website to log into your account. (See images below).





Step 2- Save your cart


Once you add your first item to your cart, a pop-up option to save your cart will appear. Click on the "SAVE THIS CART" button to save the item/s in your cart. (See image below).

PLEASE NOTE:  It is extremely important to always save your cart once you add any items to your shopping cart. You may go back anytime and view your saved carts and make any changes. (See image below).
