I'm missing a part from my AirWalker balloon

AirWalker Balloons include several pieces that attach with adhesive and weights to anchor the balloon to the ground. 

The package includes assembly instructions with a list of components.  Before you open a support ticket, please verify that all components are included in the package.  Double-check that no pieces fell out of the package or were left inside the package.
