Inflating a 22-inch Globe Disco Strobe 4D Foil Balloon

The pictures above show what a 22-inch Globe Strobe 4D Balloon looks like when fully inflated using a foil inflator, latex inflator, and hand pump. These pictures were taken 24 hours after inflation and the first two images are filled with helium and the last picture is with air. 

The balloon inflated with the foil regulator does not fully inflate and will not inflate to a round shape. The latex inflator did inflate the balloon to a round shape and tight, but unfortunately, it deflated and looked the worst out of the three. The strobe that is inflated using a hand pump gives the balloon a very round shape when fully inflated and remained fully inflated for 7 days.
