I started my order on the wrong website (.com and .ca). How can I fix it?

Don't worry! This can be easily fixed!

  1. Go to the website where your shopping cart is stored.
  2. Copy your cart ID (see image 1)
  3. Visit the correct domain website
  4. Click the 'Transfer Cart' link (see image 1)
  5. Paste your cart ID  and enter your email address (see image 2)
  6. Click 'Transfer' (see image 2) and your cart will be moved to the correct domain.
