If there is a duplicate charge on your credit card, open a support ticket or call us at 1-866-330-1272. Please provide us with as much information as possible. Include your name, order number, and the email address you used to place your order. Please allow us at least one business day to investigate a duplicate charge, before initiating a charge back with your bank. If we made an error, we will refund you once we finish our investigation. Otherwise, we will ask that you call your bank to resolve the issue.
